Time Scales
The items offered for sale on PlasticBoxShop.co.uk are stock lines and under normal circumstances will be available. We will dispatch completed orders as soon as possible after the payment has been received, in most cases dispatch is within 1-3 working days.
If you need your boxes the next day then we will be happy to do this. Just let us know.
If paying by cheque, the cheque must be allowed to clear before items are dispatched.

Delivery Charges
We currently offer delivery to the following postcodes in Mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland.
ZONE A - All postcodes in Mainland England and Wales
ZONE B - DG, EH, FK, G, KA, KY, ML

We can offer delivery to the following areas, but you will need to ring for an individual quote.
KW, IV, AB, PH, DD, PA, ISLE OF MAN, ISLE OF WIGHT, SCILLY ISLES, CHANNEL ISLANDS

PlasticBoxShop reserves the right to decide if the customers are located in the main delivery areas.
Returns
Faulty items must be reported immediately up on receipt by email to sales@plasticboxshop.co.uk
If an item is to be returned when not faulty this can be done up to seven days after receipt of the goods, the return postage will be the responsibilty of the customer. The items must be packaged sufficiently by the customer to protect against damage on the return post.
Once the goods have been received by us in original condition a refund will be given. A charge of 20% will be taken off the refund amount to cover the original P + P.
