DELIVERY TIMES
The items offered for sale on PlasticBoxShop.co.uk are stock lines and under normal circumstances will be available.
We will dispatch completed orders as soon as possible after the payment has been received. We aim to dispatch within 1 working day.
We dispatch Mondays to Fridays. In most cases 1 day dispatch will happen, but occasionally circumstances beyond our control can occur.If you need your boxes the next day then we will be happy to try and do this for you. Just let us know by phoning 01845 574 626. If you phone before 3pm we can normally accomodate this, and we don't charge extra for next day delivery.
Once the boxes are dispatched your boxes should arrive the day after they are sent, as all our couriers are on a 24hour service. However, please allow a little extra time in case a parcel gets misrouted or circumstances occur that means the parcel can not get there the day after they are dispatched.
Large orders are sent on pallets.
Please keep all your original packaging until you have decided you are going to keep the product.
If paying by cheque, the cheque must be allowed to clear before items are dispatched.

DELIVERY CHARGES
We currently offer delivery through the website to the following postcodes in Mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland.
The standard delivery fee applies to these areas at £5.95, if spending over £50 ex VAT then delivery is FREE.
ZONE A - All postcodes in Mainland England and Wales
ZONE B - DG, EH, FK, G, KA(1-15, 20-25, 29-30), KY, ML

We can offer delivery to the following areas by special request, but you will need to ring for an individual quote as the standard delivery fee does not apply.
KA(16-19, 26-28, 30), KW, IV, AB, PH, DD, PA, ISLE OF MAN, ISLE OF WIGHT, SCILLY ISLES, CHANNEL ISLANDS

PlasticBoxShop reserves the right to decide if the customers are located in the main delivery areas.
RETURNS
In line with our terms and conditions and in accordance with SAFEBUY.
You have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after delivery of the goods has been made. You are responsible for the cost of returning the parcels delivered to you. This is charged at £10.00 for the first parcel and £6.50 for any subsequent parcels. You must inform us by email that you wish to return the goods, email. dispatch@plasticboxshop.co.uk.
You will be sent a returns form to complete, after which the pick up will be arrange. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the goods being returned in a resaleable condition. Therefore keep all packaging until you have decided to keep the products.
FAULTS/DAMAGES/SHORTAGES
We would ask you to examine all the goods ASAP after delivery. Faults, shortages or damages should be reported by email to dispatch@plasticboxshop.co.uk within a strict 14 days of delivery. We will be unable to help if you contact us after this time.
If you have received a damage then we would ask that you to email dispatch@plasticboxshop.co.uk detailing the damage and also a photo of the damage.
It is important that you check all your items for damages before emailing us, as we will be unable to assist you if you discover further damages after you have emailed us.
