DELIVERY
The items offered for sale on PlasticBoxShop.co.uk are stock lines and under normal circumstances will be available. We will dispatch completed orders as soon as possible after the payment has been received, in most cases dispatch is within 1-3 working days.Our orders are sent on overnight delivery so they arrive the day after they have been dispatched.
If paying by cheque please, the cheque must be allowed to clear before items are dispatched.
We keep delivery costs as low as possible. We offer discounts on postage on bulk buys as these orders can be sent on pallets.

We currently offer delivery to the following postcodes in Mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland.
ZONE A - All postcodes in England and Wales
ZONE B - DG, EH, FK, G, KA, KY, ML

We can offer delivery to the following areas, but you will need to ring for an individual quote.
KW, IV, AB, PH, DD, PA, ISLE OF MAN, ISLE OF WIGHT, SCILLY ISLES, CHANNEL ISLANDS

PlasticBoxShop reserves the right to decide if the customers are located in the main delivery areas.
PlasticBoxShop reserves the right to change the delivery fee within reason, with prior notice given to the client, if the client then wishes not to go ahead with the order all money will be refunded.
Returns
Faulty items must be reported immediately up on receipt by email to sales@plasticboxshop.co.uk
If an item is to be returned when not faulty this can be done up to seven days after receipt of the goods, the return postage will the responsibilty of the customer. The items must be packaged sufficiently by the customer to protect against damage on the return post. Once items have been received by PlasticBoxShop, in original condition, a refund will be given for the cost of the returned goods to the customer.
